We provide industrial cryogenic cleaning (dry ice blasting) services. While we employ non-destructive methods, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or failures due to improper use of cleaned machinery. Client is responsible for securing the worksite and necessary permits.
You agree to provide accurate site information, ensure safe access for our personnel, and comply with all relevant safety regulations. Any misuse of our proprietary techniques or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific cleaning results, as outcomes depend on surface material and contamination type.
ICE Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service provision, including loss of profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
